Built by
engineers,
for engineers.
Twenty years of building the infrastructure that keeps the internet running. No marketing fluff — just Tier IV facilities, 99.9999% uptime, and engineers who answer the phone at 3am.
The infrastructure
the internet runs on.
We don't sell rack space. We sell certainty. Every millisecond of uptime, every watt of redundant power, every layer of physical security — engineered so your operations never stop, even when the world does.
Founded by engineers who built infrastructure for the world's largest networks, we apply that same uncompromising standard to every client — from Series A startups to Fortune 50 enterprises.
Engineered for failure
Every system is designed assuming something will break. N+2 redundancy means two simultaneous failures can't take you offline.
Transparent by default
Real-time power, cooling, and network telemetry available to every client. No black boxes, no surprises on your invoice.
Compliance as infrastructure
SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI DSS — not bolt-ons. Compliance is baked into the physical and logical architecture.
Two decades of building certainty.
Founded in Newark, NJ
Started with a single 2MW facility and 12 employees. First colocation client: a regional ISP needing carrier-neutral interconnection.
Tier III Certification
Achieved Uptime Institute Tier III certification after a $28M power infrastructure overhaul. Introduced N+1 UPS and dual-feed utility power.
Phoenix Campus Opens
Opened our 40MW Phoenix flagship — the first facility in the Southwest to achieve sub-1.3 PUE through evaporative cooling and hot-aisle containment.
SOC 2 Type II + ISO 27001
Completed dual compliance certification across all facilities. Onboarded first Fortune 500 financial services client under strict regulatory requirements.
Tier IV Flagship Achieved
Newark campus upgraded to Tier IV — 2N+1 power, 2N cooling, and zero concurrent maintainability downtime. One of 12 Tier IV sites in North America at the time.
100% Renewable Energy
Transitioned all facilities to renewable power through direct PPAs with wind and solar farms. Carbon-neutral operations certified by Green Grid.
Liquid Cooling Deployment
Deployed direct liquid cooling for high-density GPU compute clusters, enabling 80kW/rack densities for AI/ML workloads. First commercial deployment in the region.
48MW Expansion + FedRAMP
Completed 48MW capacity expansion and achieved FedRAMP Moderate authorization, opening federal government and defense contractor market segments.
The engineers
who built it.
Our leadership team has collectively built, operated, and secured more than 60 data center facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Marcus Chen
Former VP of Infrastructure at Equinix. 22 years building carrier-grade networks across 3 continents. Led the $340M expansion of our Phoenix campus.
Priya Nair
PhD in Distributed Systems, MIT. Architected our proprietary DCIM platform and led the transition to liquid-cooled high-density compute. 3 patents in thermal management.
James Okafor
Ex-Google Site Reliability Engineering lead. Designed fault-tolerant power architectures for 6 Tier IV facilities. Specialist in N+2 redundancy and generator failover systems.
Sofia Reyes
Former NSA infrastructure security analyst. Holds CISSP, CISM, and FedRAMP authorization expertise. Oversees compliance for 40+ enterprise clients in regulated industries.
Compliance isn't
a checkbox.
Every certification is maintained with continuous monitoring, annual third-party audits, and real-time evidence collection — not just point-in-time snapshots.
Continuous compliance monitoring
Our compliance posture is maintained 24/7 through automated evidence collection, real-time control monitoring, and quarterly third-party penetration testing. Clients receive compliance reports on-demand.
